Before starting with this, make sure nothing gta related is running in your task manager.
1) Delete Social Club folder in Program Files, and uninstall the Rockstar Launcher
2) Open Regedit and go to this registry: ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWOW6432NodeRockstar GamesRockstar Games Social Club
Change the Key of Version to: 1.0.0.0
run Social Club Setup from the downloaded Files
3) replace the following files in your gta V installation. back up the equivalent original files if you want to be playing online again at some point without having to redownload:
GTA5.exe
GtaVLauncher
GFSDK_ShadowLib.win64.dll
x64a.rpf
update.rpf(located in the update folder)
4) Start GtaVLauncher(not playgtaV, always use the launcher from here on). Socialclub will be updating itself. After updating is complete fill in your login and check remember me. Now social club will try to update gtaV itself, immediatly shut down social club after you see the popup 'user has signed in'
After this step social club might have removed the GFSDK_ShadowLib.win64.dll file from your folder. Just put it back in again.
5) Create a shortcut from your GTAVLauncher and put it where its convenient for you to start the game from in the future., then rightclick it -> go to properties -> change the path to the following:
'C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto VGTAVLauncher.exe' -scOfflineOnly
The path may vary based on your install location, the last part (-scOfflineOnly) is the important thing. This is how I have set up mine:
Ufc undisputed 3 ps3 download. One shortcut starting the game in offline mode and another one starting it with online mode, to verify my login details again.
6) Now when starting through the shortcut you will be starting in offline mode and social club has remembered your login from last time, game will start on 1.27 and story mode will be loaded immediatly.
Sometimes the Game won't let you start in offline mode because it has been too long since you signed in. You then just do Step 4 again, starting the launcher in online mode, entering your details and shutting it down before it can update. Afterwards you can start the game in offline mode again.
This process seems to delete GFSDK_ShadowLib.win64.dll from your folder again so you'll have to put it back in again every time.
If you're still having issues and haven't watched the video above yet, do so because there is an extra step where you add a registry key.

Be advised, that this new version v1.2.0.32 is not as good as Rockstar says. While it removed dependencies from GFWL, also many tracks for different radio stations have been removed and most mods, designed for old game versions, stopped working. For that reason I didn't remove links to my older repack (look at the bottom of the post).
